The accused Rajeev Dubey, who claims to rejuvenate seniors using an 'Israeli Machine' for oxygen therapy, has surrendered to the police in Kanpur. The police have recorded Rajeev's statement, and meanwhile, the person who invented this oxygen therapy machine has been identified.

This person is Mohak Srivastava, a resident of Kidwai Nagar. He owns a factory named 'Vayu Industries' in Rania that constructs gas plants. Mohak revealed that Rajeev Dubey approached him a year ago, stating that he wanted the machine crafted entirely on Israeli technology, which included a hyperbaric oxygen therapy machine. The deal was struck at 4 million rupees, and thus, the construction of the machine commenced.

According to Mohak Srivastava, he first met Rajeev Dubey at the gym in 2022, owned by Rajeev. During this time, Rajeev ordered the creation of a hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber machine, which is a chamber designed for people to sit in. Rajeev specifically requested a tanker-like chamber constructed of iron, which could accommodate ten individuals for oxygen therapy, circulating oxygen with 93 to 95% purity.

Rajeev Dubey Showcased Israeli Research Videos for the Machine

Mohak stated that Rajeev Dubey showed them videos of research conducted in Israel to build a related machine. This deal was made in March 2022, after which they began the machine construction process. Rajeev insisted on building it with Israeli technology, even though Mohak expressed that it was not possible to replicate it precisely under Israeli standards, yet Rajeev began gathering funds from the market under the guise of an 'Israeli Machine'.

Between all this, Mohak expressed the financial disputes they faced. Since they were working on creating a perfect machine, their deal was sealed at 4 million rupees, yet they only received 1.85 million and the remaining balance was unpaid. The payments were so sporadic that they only managed to receive 1 to 1.1 million rupees over six months, causing the dispute.

Mohak mentioned that following this, Rajeev opted to work with another party. Had they continued with Mohak, they would have produced high-quality goods. Instead, Rajeev found a local partner and finalized the machine, leaving Mohak's payments unresolved.

Kanpur's Plant Constructing Oxygen Therapy Machine

Engineer Mohak further explained that he constructed a chamber for oxygen therapy and installed an oxygen plant ensuring that all seated individuals in the machine continuously received oxygen. The system operates such that, while the consumer sits in a normal environment, the pressure of oxygen is tripled in the chamber compared to the normal atmosphere. When the pressure is exerted, 93 to 95 percent oxygen is absorbed by the body. The benefits of such technology are evident from Israeli research. However, he refrained from providing further details.

Mohak mentioned that during their discussions, Rajeev assured them of plans to establish a chain of companies across the country, fully intending to expand the business under a partnership. Hence, they proceeded, fulfilling the endeavor on credit.

What is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?

Hyper means to increase, and baric means pressure. This therapy utilizes elevated oxygen pressure to treat various ailments. It is beneficial for numerous conditions such as arthritis, migraines, Alzheimer's, high blood pressure, wrinkles, fatigue, etc.

Claim of Rejuvenating Seniors and the Scam

It is noteworthy that Rajeev Dubey faces accusations of establishing an office named 'Revival World' in Saket Nagar alongside his wife to deceive people into believing they imported a 250 million rupee machine from Israel designed to rejuvenate seniors through oxygen therapy. Ultimately scamming various individuals of approximately 350 million rupees. Nevertheless, Rajeev denied the allegations, accusing the couple who filed the FIR of blackmail.
