A young girl from the Banda district of UP faces a death sentence in Dubai. Caught in the web of human trafficking by a young man from Agra, she found herself in Dubai. Meanwhile, her parents have pleaded for help from PM Modi. Her father says fraudsters ensnared his daughter, Shahzadi. Sent to Dubai to receive treatment for severe burns, she was wrongly implicated in a case of accidental manslaughter.

The distressed father has legally charged the people involved, including the Agra man Uzair and his relatives, with serious offenses. Presently, the police are investigating the case. The girl had recently narrated her ordeal to her father in a phone call from Dubai. Sobbing, she told him that Uzair sold her to Faiz Ahmed and his wife Nadia, residents of Dubai, on the pretext of getting her treated. For two years, she faced abuse at their hands. When she resisted, Faiz implicated her in his son's killing, which was the result of improper treatment.

The girl from Banda imprisoned in Dubai told her father how she was sold to a Dubai family by Uzair from Agra, under the guise of receiving treatment, and was subjected to two years of torment, now implicated in a death case.

Shabbir Khan from Goyra Mughli village in the Matondh police station area mentioned that his youngest daughter, Shahzadi, got burned while cooking at the age of eight. Her face was disfigured due to the incident. While working at an organization, she befriended a man named Uzair from Agra through Facebook. Uzair convinced her he would arrange for her to get treatment in Dubai, where his aunt and uncle lived and could help. In the process, Uzair also extracted ₹1.5 lakh from them.

According to Shabbir, once Shahzadi went to Dubai, Uzair instructed his aunt not to allow her to return. Shahzadi lived with another family there, consisting of Nazia and her husband Faiz, to whom she was sold. The couple had a sick child in need of injections. Nazia forcibly took Shahzadi along for the child's treatment. After returning home, while the mother went to work, the child's condition worsened and later died at the hospital.

The Dubai police initiated an investigation following the child's death. Initially, no accusations were made. However, ten days later, the couple claimed that Shahzadi's negligence in caring for the child led to his death, and thus, they implicated her. Shahzadi is now incarcerated. According to local laws, she has been sentenced to death, scheduled for October.

Meanwhile, Shahzadi's father Shabbir, in tears, has begged PM Modi to save his daughter. Furthermore, he has filed a complaint in court against Uzair and his relatives from Agra. The police have registered a case under sections 370/370A/419/420/386/311/367 following the court's orders.

SHO Ram Mohan Rai from the Matondh station reported that a case has been registered upon court orders. Based on the complaint, the investigation is ongoing, and actions will be taken according to the facts uncovered.
