The child's name is Chirag Praveen Patil. Chirag lives with his family in the railway quarters of the Sawner Railway Station area in Nagpur. On Thursday evening, he was playing with some electronic items at home. He attached some paper pieces to a small fan and connected it to a battery to make it spin like a fan.
