CM Yogi launched the registration process for the Anant Nagar residential facility, developed by the Lucknow Development Authority. He emphasized that providing excellent residential facilities will enhance the ease of living. After 20 years, a significant residential scheme has been inaugurated in the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Lucknow Development Authority introduces the Vasant Nagar housing scheme, spanning 800 acres with a budget of ₹7,000 crore.
An integrated town planning concept reserves over 100 acres for establishing an educational hub. CM Yogi mentioned that the project will include provisions for high-rise apartments as well as plots, which is a commendable effort. This initiative aims to improve people’s lives by providing better residential options and making life easier.
According to a news agency, CM Yogi instructed Lucknow Development Authority officials that our goal should be to construct the Anant Nagar residential plan in a way that provides affordable quality housing for residents. All necessary facilities should be available in one place. This is a government priority that drives the program's foundation.
CM Yogi stated that from pre-primary to higher education, including technical and medical education, top-notch facilities are a priority. An integrated campus for all these services is planned under the Anant Nagar scheme, which is believed to be swiftly available for people, launched precisely during the Vasant Navratri festival.
Emphasizing the need for preparedness, CM Yogi directed the Lucknow Development Authority to ensure this scheme reaches the general public swiftly. The goal is to enhance the ease of living while avoiding middlemen, positioning this residential plan and the development of a new city as a meaningful stride towards the government's trillion-dollar economy goal.
