Amidst national allegations of vote theft against election authorities and the BJP, MP's Rewa BJP MP Janardan Mishra highlights a case of 1,100 voters in one room, endorsing the theft claims. His video is trending on social media.

At a rally in Mauganj district, Mishra lashed out at Congress on the 'vote theft' issue. He cited Rewa as the prime example of vote rigging.

In fact, a shocking revelation in the 2003 voter list exposed not 100-200, but 1,100 voters registered in a single room. This was linked to the voter list of Managwa constituency in Rewa district.

Before the 2003 assembly elections, this scandal came to light during the release of the voter list. Congress was in power then, with Digvijay Singh as Chief Minister. The BJP strongly opposed this, and the central government intervened. Consequently, the fraudulent voter names were removed from the list.
