Maharashtra's Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar on Sunday discussed the challenges arising from the large number of ministers and the allocation of departments. He stated, "Due to the high number of ministers, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis needed to assign departments to all. Naturally, some ministers are satisfied while others are not." After the departmental allocation by CM Devendra Fadnavis, Pawar emphasized that pending projects will soon commence.
Ajit Pawar to Take Charge from Monday
While attending events in his Baramati constituency, Pawar pointed out that the cabinet consists of only six state ministers, leaving 36 positions as cabinet ministers. Ajit Pawar now holds the finance portfolio. He assured that office operations will begin Monday and highlighted that many projects paused due to the election code of conduct in November. The Deputy CM assured, "We've received several letters concerning pending projects. Give us some time, and every project will be completed,"
