Bigg Boss OTT 2 champ and renowned YouTuber Elvish Yadav recently made headlines after a video surfaced showing him in a violent scuffle with fellow YouTuber Maxtern. Elvish now faces increasing troubles as Gurugram Police have issued him an interrogation notice.
Elvish Yadav has been served a notice under section 41A, calling him to the Sector 53 police station on March 12th for questioning in the assault case involving Maxtern.
FIR Registered Against Elvish
Following the viral video of the brawl, an FIR has been lodged against Elvish Yadav at Gurugram's Sector 53 Police Station under IPC sections 147, 149, 323, and 506. Further investigation is underway.
Maxtern Levies Serious Accusations Against Elvish
Maxtern has filed an FIR against Elvish, accusing him of the assault and threatening his life. Maxtern alleges that Elvish had called for a meeting but arrived with 8-10 intoxicated goons who attacked and threatened him.
Maxtern also claims that Elvish attempted to break his spine and urges the police to take swift action.

The animosity arose after a photo went viral depicting Elvish Yadav and Munawar Faruqui embracing during a celebrity cricket league match, which did not sit well with some netizens including Maxtern, leading to the confrontation.
