Women who attended SurajPal's satsang have made some startling disclosures. SurajPal, often surrounded by young maidens, would have a special red dress provided for them during these gatherings by the event committee.
The ladies would get dressed in these designated attires and would dance ecstatically in the satsang. Women have shared that they would see a divine vision through SurajPal's spectacles, which he wore only during the satsang. They hesitated to share some of the intimate details even in private rooms.

'Young women considered the guru as their husband'
A woman who frequented the satsang revealed that the unmarried girls who were always around SurajPal considered him as their husband. They respected him greatly and were ready to do anything at his call. They supposedly saw a divine form in SurajPal's spectacles during the satsang.
'SurajPal would smile at the sight of women during satsang'
According to a woman attendee, all adorned in similar fashion, the women appeared identical to SurajPal who smiled upon seeing them during the satsang. Women who underwent an initiation always stayed close to SurajPal, especially when he wore his glasses.
'Only unmarried women were made disciples by SurajPal'
An adherent of SurajPal noted that in his ashram and organization, there were different categories for women. Only single girls could become disciples of SurajPal upon special initiation, while married women stayed away from him and saw him as an innocent baba. SurajPal didn't allow married women to come near him.
'The guru had a preference for the color red'
A female participant mentioned that the guru had a liking for the colour red. Therefore, single girls would dress in red attire, dance around him, and change after their performance. This would take place during the course of the satsang.

Local residents near the ashram shared that the young women were at the helm of the guru’s affairs. The guru would bathe in a special neem water prepared by the maidens, mixed with rose petals, fragrances, and various other ingredients. Moreover, it was the young women who always served him food and stayed around him.
