A woman recounts on social media how she uncovered her husband's affair with her cousin, but with her grandparents' aid, she exacted successful revenge. She unveiled her story on Reddit's AITAH page, grappling with the situation thrust upon her.

"I met and then married my spouse only to learn three months later he was entangled in an affair with my stunning cousin Vonna," the woman shared on her post.

According to The Sun, she continued, "She is gorgeous. I’m not ugly, but she is radiant. The affair started mere months after the wedding, uncovered by their foolishness. I was devastated and even more enraged. I desired an immediate divorce but opted to wait six months.

"A month prior to my cousin's university graduation, I visited my grandparents in tears, disclosing the deceit," the woman detailed in her post. Her grandparents traditionally gifted home-purchasing funds to family graduates. They sheltered her for several weeks, assisting in hiring a lawyer for divorce proceedings and diverting the cousin's share of the money to her.

"My cousin had amassed student loans for her studies, while I asked my husband to leave our home," she wrote. "My ex begged to stay, professing love; I rebuked him, knowing he didn't truly care. Now, the family is divided, some siding with my cousin, particularly her parents. However, the majority, wary of opposing my grandparents, are with me.

"It's all coming to an end now. The divorce will take more time; the husband has vacated the premises. When asked how I found out about the affair, I revealed that their messages had surfaced on the tablet, with screenshots saved," she concluded her post, which has garnered over 13,000 responses.
