In the video, the woman divulges that her spouse used to visit her household. They were cousins, and she used to refer to him as 'brother.' She says, 'I called him Khuram brother, but he insisted I not call him brother. I wondered why he would say that, and then he offered help if I needed anything, promising to get it for me. One hungry day, with no one home, I asked him to fetch me shawarma. Not only did he bring that, but also two zinger burgers. And that was it; the burgers had cast their spell—I was impressed and gave away my heart.'
