From Darbhanga, Bihar comes a shocking account of murder. At a birthday party, a photographer was fatally shot. It is reported that infuriated individuals shot him in the mouth when the camera battery died. The party included alcohol and bar dancers performing. The incident has caused a stir in the locality.

After the battery died, the photographer was first assaulted. Dissatisfied, the culprits pushed a pistol into his mouth and shot him. Witnesses at the birthday bash, which involved bar dancers and celebratory gunfire, revealed these alarming details. The tragic event took place in the Baheri police district of Darbhanga. Sushil Kumar Sahni, a local videographer, was covering this very party.

Sushil Sahni was diligently recording the party, but eventually, his camera's battery ran out. He had an argument with someone named Rakesh. After recharging, Sushil returned to the party, only to be beaten by an inebriated and agitated Rakesh Sahni, who then shot him in the mouth. The party descended into chaos as the assailant took Sushil to DMCH hospital in a critical condition, abandoned him at the gate, and fled.

Upon receiving news of the incident, police arrived at the scene, sent Sushil's body for post-mortem, and launched an investigation. The bereaved family members of the deceased are in a state of utter grief. The village headman, Ahmad, stated that Rakesh Sahni is a liquor merchant who had come to celebrate the birthday with his friends. Alcohol fueled the dance performances, and during the course of the event, harsh gunfire led to Sushil Sahni's death.

Dancers Entertain at Tragic Birthday Party

The victim's brother, Ravinder Kumar, disclosed that his brother Sushil used to record videos at weddings. He was booked by Rakesh's brother for a mere 500 rupees to photograph a birthday celebration at Rakesh Sahni's home. As the party went late into the night, the camera battery discharged. Upon recharging and returning, Sushil argued with Rakesh Sahni, who beat him and then fatally shot him in the mouth.

Police Register Case and Initiate Investigation

SSP Jagunath Reddy stated that upon receiving information about the incident, orders were given to Baheri Police Station to investigate. A photographer was shot dead at a birthday party, and the investigation is ongoing. The perpetrator will soon be apprehended.
