Action Against Efforts to Tarnish Railway's Image

In its post, the Railway Seva stated - This video was deliberately made with the intent to go viral. To clarify, no official catering personnel under Indian Railways uses such utensils. The utensil shown is new and was clearly intended for creating the video. The person shown has a history of creating misleading content aimed at tarnishing Indian Railways' image. Appropriate legal actions are being taken against him, and we urge you not to support or share such deceptive content.
