Due to the UP Police Constable Re-Exam 2024 scheduled in August, several recruitment exams in Uttar Pradesh have been postponed. The constable recruitment exam, which was canceled in February due to a paper leak, will now take place from August 23 to 31, 2024. Consequently, three recruitment exams conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) have been postponed to the following month.
These Three Recruitment Exams Were Scheduled in August
Commission Secretary Ashok Kumar has released the new exam schedule for the three postponed recruitment exams. These include the screening exam for Homeopathic Medical Officer Recruitment 2023, the screening exam for Homeopathic Residential Medical Officer 2023, and the Assistant Town Planner (Main) Exam 2023. According to the annual calendar of recruitment exams issued by UPPSC on June 3, these exams were supposed to be held on August 25, 2024.
Exams for All Three Recruitments Will Now Be in September
The commission has published a notice on its official website uppsc.up.nic.in with the revised dates for these screening/recruitment exams. According to the notice, the Homeopathic Medical Officer Exam 2023 will be held on September 15 in the first shift, and the Homeopathic Medical Officer Screening Exam 2023 will be conducted in the second shift. The Homeopathic Residential Medical Officer Screening Exam will take place on September 18, 2024, and the Assistant Town Planner Main Exam will be on September 25, 2024.
UP Police Constable Re-exam Date: Exams from August 23 to 31
The UP Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) will conduct the written exam for direct recruitment of 6024 constable civilian police posts from August 23, 24, 25, and 30, 31, 2024. The admit cards will be issued on the official website three days before the exam.
It should be noted that approximately 48 lakh youth in Uttar Pradesh are eagerly waiting for the re-exam date for the UP Police Constable recruitment, which was canceled in February due to a paper leak. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had assured that the exam would be rescheduled within six months.
