A 24-year-old man from Muzaffarnagar district in Uttar Pradesh ended his life in Saudi Arabia while on a video call with his newlywed wife. Officials revealed this during a press briefing. The police reported that As Mohammad Ansari hung himself from the roof of his residence in Riyadh on October 26th.

During the call, a heated argument ensued with his 21-year-old wife Sania, following which Mohammad Ansari took the tragic step. His wife informed their relatives in Saudi Arabia, who arrived at his house to find him deceased.

A relative, Amjad Ali, stated efforts are underway to bring his body back to Muzaffarnagar for burial. Family members mentioned that the couple married earlier this year on April 7th, in Bhopada village. Ansari had gone to Saudi Arabia for work around two and half months ago.
