Over 3 Crore Answer Sheets to be Evaluated
The UP Board is slated to evaluate around three crore answer sheets in a dedicated effort spanning from March 16 to March 31, 2024. Though, due to the Holi festival observance, the evaluation work will be paused from March 24 to March 26, 2024. In line with the UPMSP’s plan, a vast collection of answer scripts for both the 10th and 12th grades will undergo a meticulous checking process.
Target: 50 Scripts for 10th and 45 for 12th Per Day
Media reports suggest that within the span of 13 working days, UPMSP aims to review about 1.76 crore scripts for grade 10 and 1.25 crore for grade 12. The board has established 131 assessment centers for 10th-grade scripting and 116 for 12th grade. Each examiner will target reviewing 50 copies for the 10th grade and 45 for the 12th grade in a day.
When Will the UP Board Results Be Announced?
The process of consolidating results will begin immediately after the conclusion of the evaluation period. It is anticipated that the UPMSP may announce the results for the 10th and 12th grades by the last week of April 2024. However, the board has yet to release any official communication regarding the date of result disclosure.
It is important to note that the UP Board conducted the board exams for 10th and 12th graders from February 22 to March 9, 2023.
