As the controversy over the UP police recruitment exam paper leak was settling, now the UP board's class 12 papers leak has emerged. It is reported that the biology and mathematics papers were circulated on WhatsApp groups in Agra one hour after the exam commenced on Thursday.
There is suspicion of a class 12 paper leak, and investigations in Agra have started. The paper was spread by an individual named Vinay Chaudhary through the All Principal WhatsApp groups barely an hour after the exam began. It was deleted shortly after comments on it appeared on the group.
The biology paper leak came to light at 3:13 PM when the papers were shared on WhatsApp. The involvement of a computer operator from Atar Singh Inter College, Rojaule, has been revealed through investigation. Following the leak, a complaint against Vinay Chaudhary and others involved has been filed.
The education department has assembled a three-member committee to look into the leak of the biology and mathematics papers. This raises questions regarding the security arrangements at examination centers.
Deputy Director of Education in Agra informed that actions are being taken against the accused following a complaint by Dr. Indra Prakash Singh Solanki, DIOS, at the police station in Fatehpur Sikri. A team has been formed for the investigation.
Notably, the uproar from the recent UP police recruitment exam paper leak led to the cancellation of the exam. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has assured strict action against those who played with the hard work of students and the integrity of the examination.
