Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, also known as Bageshwar Baba, had an exclusive conversation with Aajtak, where he pointed out that it's vital to protect India so that no one can question Sanatan Dharma for the next 500 years. He emphasized the need to eliminate caste, untouchability, and discrimination. Dhirendra Krishna Shastri shared that he plans to embark on a nationwide march, carrying the message of unity among the Hindu community in India.

He stated, 'I am going to march to unify India, to eliminate the battles over caste, discrimination, untouchability, and divisions between different groups. Sharing the purpose of his march, Bageshwar Baba stated, temples may have signs stating to remove shoes outside, but it should also say to leave caste distinctions behind as well. My ideology is different; my mission is to save India.'

Dhirendra Krishna Shastri highlighted, 'India must be saved from burning, from becoming another Bangladesh, from chaos like Kolkata, from the turmoil seen in Manipur, and from incidents similar to those in Nuh, Mewat, Bahraich, and Bareilly. We must emphasize everyone rising above caste for Hindu unity. Otherwise, we face a future similar to the plight of Kashmiri Pandits, saints like Palghar, or situations in Bengal—houses yours, shops yours but occupied by others. The daughters, once yours, brutally taken and turned into wives. The cruelty faced by young girls ignites our blood and instills in us a resolve that for the next 500 years, no one can point a finger at Sanatan in India. The only remedy is to unite and live above caste divisions.'

When asked if Dhirendra Krishna Shastri echoes the sentiments of UP's Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who also asserts 'Divide and be conquered,' and whether Congress's accusation that Bageshwar Baba follows the BJP's script holds any truth, he replied, 'These are all frivolous talks. This slogan emerged now, but I have been saying this since July 4th. It is unfortunate that simple understanding still lacks. On July 4th, I vowed to uproot caste and discrimination and make India grand. I have no political allegiance; my followers come from all parties, including Congress and SP. Our goal is to instill unity among Hindus, which are divided by caste.'
