Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Uma Bharti got emotional about Jyotiraditya Scindia. Bharti expressed her wishes for Scindia's bright future and hoped he would join the BJP.
Uma Bharti mentioned that Rajmata, aka Vijayaraje Scindia, placed her into politics. Bharti was akin to Vijayaraje Scindia's fifth daughter, held dearly above all.
Uma Bharti wrote on 'X' -
1. My dearly beloved Jyotiraditya Scindia mentioned the affectionate relationship between himself and his grandmother during an election rally in Guna-Shivpuri constituency. 2. Jyotiraditya's grandmother, who I regard as my mother, had once heard me preach at the age of 8 in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, and since then our bond solidified until her last breath. I became her fifth and favorite daughter indeed. 3. My relationship with Jyotiraditya is profound, filled with a sense of kinship and respect. My blessings are always with him. 'Amma' played a pivotal role in the downfall of Congress and in establishing a strong foothold for Jan Sangh and eventually BJP in Madhya Pradesh. 4. I have always wished for Jyotiraditya to join the BJP, and now that wish has come true. My blessings are with him, and his future is undoubtedly bright.
In fact, during the campaign in the Guna parliamentary area, Jyotiraditya Scindia praised the deep connection between his grandmother Vijayaraje Scindia and Uma Bharti. Scindia disclosed that their families have a longstanding relationship. Uma Bharti, appreciative of Scindia's words, expressed her best wishes for his radiant future.
