Shiv Sena (UBT) has unveiled its first list for the Maharashtra Assembly elections, declaring the names of 65 candidates. Aditya Thackeray will contest from Worli, while Rajan Vichare has been granted a ticket from Thane. Surendranath Mane will contest from Ratnagiri. To note, there had been extensive conflict over seat allocation among the Maha Vikas Aghadi, but consensus has now been reached. Uddhav faction leader Sanjay Raut declared during a press conference that Congress, Sharad faction, and the Uddhav faction will contest on 85 seats each.
From the Uddhav faction, Unmesh Patil will contest from Chalisgaon, Vaishali Suryavanshi from Pachora, Siddharth Kharat from Mehkar, Nitin Deshmukh from Balapur, Gopal Datkar from Akola East, Siddharth Devle from Washim, Sunil Kharate from Badnera, Vishal Barbate from Ramtek, Sanjay Derkar from Vani Assembly seat, Eknath Pawar from Loha seat, Rahul Patil from Parbhani, Vishal Kadam from Gangakhed, Suresh Bunker from Sillod, Uday Singh Rajput from Kannad seat, Kishanchand Tanwani from Sambhajinagar Middle, Raju Shinde from Sambhajinagar West, Dinesh Pardeshi from Vaijapur, Ganesh Chatak from Nandgaon, Advay Hire from Malegaon Outer, Anil Kadam from Niphad, Vasant Geete from Nashik Central, Sudhakar Badgujar from Nashik West, Jayendra Dubla from Palghar, Dr. Vishwas Valvi from Boisar, Mahadev Ghatl from Bhiwandi Rural, Rajesh Wankhede from Ambernath, Dipesh Mhatre from Dombivli, Subhash Bhoir from Kalyan Rural, and Naresh Manera has been granted the ticket from Owla-Majiwada.

MVA's Three Parties to Contest on 85 Seats Each
A press conference was conducted by Sanjay Raut, Jayant Patil, Nana Patole, and Balasaheb Thorat. During this, Sanjay Raut stated that we all stand united here. The last meeting was under the leadership of Sharad Pawar, who directed us to announce the seat allocation formula of the MVA to the media. The Uddhav faction, Congress, Sharad faction, and coalition allies such as SP, AAP, and others have appropriately divided the seats. The three parties will contest on 85 seats each. A total formula for the allocation of 270 seats has been set. Further discussions on the remaining seats will be conducted. We are all set to contest collectively on all 288 seats.
