The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, M.K. Stalin, has thrown his weight behind Uddhav and Raj Thackeray. He asserted that the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) and the people of Tamil Nadu have long resisted the imposition of Hindi, a resistance which now resonates loudly beyond state boundaries, reaching new heights in Maharashtra.

In a post on X, Stalin declared that the BJP's insistence on teaching Hindi as a third language in Tamil Nadu for central funding is being challenged anew by the widespread public indignation in Maharashtra, pressing the BJP, even in its own governing state, to retreat once more.

He notably mentioned the exuberance felt from the energetic speeches and the surging crowds at Uddhav Thackeray's rally in Mumbai against Hindi enforcement. Stalin challenged the central government, known for its focus on promoting Hindi and Sanskrit, asserting that they can't counter Raj Thackeray’s pointed questions.

First -

What is taught as a third language in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan?

Second -

If North Indian states lag behind, why is Hindi being imposed on the thriving non-Hindi states?

Inquire of the Center,

CM Stalin questioned whether the central government will revoke its punitive stance and release the withheld Rs 2,152 crore funding under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan for Tamil Nadu’s children's education, which is rightfully theirs.

'A Wake-up Call from Maharashtra'

The struggle of Tamil Nadu's populace is driven not just by emotion but by intellect and logic, safeguarding India's cultural diversity. It is fueled by justice and dignity, not animosity. Those suggesting 'Learn Hindi for jobs' without grasping history must now rethink. The resonating call from Maharashtra is a crucial revelation for many.

BJP Must Atone: Stalin

Stalin warned that Tamil Nadu will no longer endure linguistic biases, Tamil language disregard, or the neglect of ancient civilizations like Keeladi. The BJP must make amends for its betrayals against Tamil and Tamil Nadu. Should they fail to amend, Tamil Nadu will teach them an unforgettable lesson. Let us unite: Tamil Nadu shall strive and triumph!
