What is the Raisina Dialogue?

Launched in 2016, the Raisina Dialogue was modeled after the Shangri-La Dialogue, which is a conference of defense ministers, whereas the Raisina Dialogue convenes foreign ministers from various nations.

Organized by the Ministry of External Affairs and the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), it is named after Raisina Hills where the Ministry's office is located. The event is an annual affair that provides a platform for global leaders and policymakers to discuss international issues.

This year's Raisina Dialogue theme is ‘Kala-Çakra: People, Peace, and the Planet’. Among the 20 participating foreign ministers, 11 are from Europe, including Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga.
