Reports suggest Senator Lindsey Graham proposed that Zelensky should resign. He added that Friday's clash might endanger future US military support for Kyiv, though another Republican senator accused Trump of 'embracing Putin'.

Zelensky was urged to leave the White House without signing a deal with the US. On Saturday, on the eve of a meeting with King Charles, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer warmly welcomed Zelensky at Downing Street.
