A new twist has emerged in the statements of the contenders for the Chief Minister's post during the Bihar Assembly elections. Lalu Prasad Yadav's elder son and leader of the Jan Shakti Janata Dal, Tej Pratap Yadav, categorically stated that if his younger brother Tejaswi Yadav campaigns against him in Mahua, he will campaign against Tejaswi in Raghopur.

Tej Pratap set out for his election campaign on Monday, but due to inclement weather, his helicopter had to return after taking off, forcing him to cancel his program. He mentioned that because of the weather, the helicopter had to return, and now he will proceed by road or later campaign by helicopter.

Tejaswi Yadav is contesting from Raghopur, while Tej Pratap is in the fray from Mahua. This election is a subject of discussion both politically and at a familial level between them. Meanwhile, Tej Pratap Yadav stated that politics has its place, and he is contesting the election on his principles.

Reacting to the recent murder in Mokama, Tej Pratap expressed that Bihar’s law and order has completely deteriorated. The government should take immediate action and impose strict punishment on the culprits.

Regarding his sister Rohini Acharya's statement that she will not campaign in Tej Pratap’s area, Tej Pratap acknowledged that this is correct. She is in a different party, and so am I. Everyone must work according to their party’s directives.
