A heart-wrenching case has emerged from Bareilly, UP, where a young man is accused of coercing a minor girl into converting her religion and assaulting her before fatally throwing her in front of a moving train. The girl was severed in two in this horrific incident. As the news spread, the area plunged into chaos, and the police immediately initiated an investigation. Local Hindu organizations have expressed fierce outrage at the scene.
It is noted that the accused and the victim belonged to different communities, which has heightened tensions following the event. According to the FIR filed, a man named Farid Hussein had been troubling the minor girl, aged 15, for seven months. He had not only forced her to change her religion but also threatened her life if she spoke out.
As per the FIR details, the girl was abducted by the accused, Farid, on her way to fill out an exam form at a local college on May 8. He took her to a secluded place, assaulted her, and then pushed her in front of an oncoming train, leading to her immediate death by dismemberment.
Tragic Aftermath of a Gang Assault
Allegations are that Farid took the girl to the bridge over the Bahgul River, where following an assault by multiple perpetrators, he threw her in front of the moving train. The impact led to her body being torn apart, resulting in her instantaneous death on the spot.

To the astonishment of many, the Bareilly and Shahjahanpur police were initially entangled in a jurisdiction dispute, causing a delay in legal proceedings. Later, the victim's body was sent to Shahjahanpur for postmortem, and the case was registered at Fatehganj East Station in Bareilly.
