After the video's virality, social activist Rahul filed a complaint, which brought the case to the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights. Under the commission's guidance, the police apprehended Shadab Jakati.

What Content Led to His Arrest?
The very fame he achieved also led to trouble. A video that featured a child and a woman drew sharp criticism for its inappropriate dialogue, prompting Meerut Police to take action. Shadab was detained but eventually released on bail. Upon his release, he promptly removed the controversial video and offered a public apology.
