JEE Mains Session 2 Result 2024 Declared:

The much-awaited results for JEE Mains session 2 are out. This year, a staggering 56 aspirants have scored 100 percentiles, marking an increase from the previous batch. Amongst these top achievers, two are from the female category, while the rest are male candidates.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the results on April 24th, 2024, at 11 PM. Those who attended the entrance exams conducted from April 4th to April 12th can now visit the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in to check and download their scorecards (JEE Mains Scorecard 2024).

39 Candidates Banned, Prohibited from Exams for Three Years

This year, 39 participants have been banned from the JEE Main exams for the next three years due to fraudulent activities and misconduct during the examination process.

Cut-off for JEE Advanced (General Category) Increases

This year, the general category cut-off for JEE (Advanced) stands at 93.23, which is higher compared to past years, assuring the top 2.5 lakh qualifiers in JEE Mains 2024 the opportunity to appear for the JEE Advanced 2024.

Previously, NTA mentioned that the JEE Mains 2024 results for session 2 would be released on April 25th, 2024. Candidates were instructed to visit the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in, to check their results.

The JEE Mains session 2 examination for 2024 was conducted across 319 cities in India, including 22 cities abroad, on April 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 12, 2024. The answer key was released on April 12, and the deadline for raising objections was April 14, 2024. NTA conducted the JEE Main examination in 13 languages including Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
