After the brutality experienced by a doctor at RG Kar Hospital in Kolkata, former principal Sandeep Ghosh, who came under investigation, faced a major setback from the court. The court has remanded Sandeep Ghosh to 8 days of CBI custody. The CBI had requested 10 days of custody, but the court granted 8 days. Additionally, the court rejected the bail plea of another arrested accused in this case, Officer Ali Khan.
It's noteworthy that after several days of interrogation, the CBI arrested Dr. Sandeep Ghosh, former principal of RG Kar Medical College in Kolkata, on Monday. Sandeep Ghosh was arrested in connection with a corruption case. The CBI took this action after more than 15 days of questioning.
