One thing is clear, if Russia's nuclear submarine launches its 4500-kilometer-range Caliber-M nuclear missile from near Florida’s coast, Washington D.C. and New York won’t be spared. The U.S. air defense system won't be able to intercept the Caliber missiles, nor will NATO be able to destroy them mid-air.
