Russia is currently troubled by Ukraine's Dragon Breath drone, which spews fire. After suffering significant damage, Russia has begun testing its own version. The video is available on X (formerly known as Twitter), showing the drone being tested in an undisclosed location, spitting fire as it flies.

This drone releases molten iron from the sky, with a temperature reaching 2400 degrees Celsius. At this temperature, even the strongest armored tank melts. So, what chance do humans and their small weapons have? This drone utilizes a mix of iron oxide and aluminum powder, which is incinerated and dropped below.

What is Dragon Breath Drone's Fire, and How is it Being Used?

It's an extremely high-temperature chemical mixer. When iron oxide and aluminum powder are combined, the heat can reach 2400 degrees Celsius or higher. Anything targeted with this weapon will melt.

Capable of Incinerating Tanks and Armored Vehicles

Ukrainian soldiers have also been using thermite grenades to attack critical parts of tanks and armored vehicles, causing them to catch fire. If the grenade falls inside the tank's hatch, it generates enough heat to cause the shells inside to explode, killing soldiers and completely destroying the tank or armored vehicle.

Enemy's Game Over in 22 Seconds

The fire-breathing drone is fitted with one or multiple thermite containers. Each container generally weighs 2.5 kilograms and burns for about 22 seconds. These 22 seconds are enough to destroy any enemy weapon. If there are several containers placed, they are linked together, and they burn one after another. These containers are then dropped on the enemy, and the drone flies away.
