An alarming case has surfaced from the Sanchore region in Rajasthan, where a class 10 girl, a minor, has reportedly been assaulted. She alleges that on her way to school, the accused intimidated her and committed the crime. Upon returning home, she confided in her father and immediately filed a complaint at the local police station. The police quickly jumped into action to locate the offender.
The victim detailed a harrowing encounter three months prior when she went to purchase biscuits from the accused, Jabraram son of Saindharam Meghwal's cabin located near the school. During this encounter, it is alleged that the accused seized her and, taking her to a room behind the cabin, assaulted her at knifepoint, while threatening dire consequences if she disclosed the incident.
