With by-elections in Rajasthan fast approaching, leaders from all parties are deeply engaged in campaigning. Congress leader Sachin Pilot, in a rally on Monday, emphasized that the current by-election is a clash between two ideologies, with his party confident of winning all seven seats. This statement was made during an election event in Kundal, where he campaigned for the Congress candidate, Deendayal Bairwa, from the Dausa district seat.

‘A Battle of Ideologies’

While addressing his audience in Kundal, Sachin Pilot remarked, ‘We harbor no ill-will towards anyone; this election transcends any single community or caste. It is an ideological contest, a decision between two parties on who can lead Dausa more effectively.’

Later, speaking to the media, Pilot reiterated, ‘This election is fundamentally about a clash of ideologies. It’s about making a political choice.’ He accused the public of witnessing the deceit from the ruling BJP government, highlighting, ‘The BJP has been in power in Rajasthan for a year, yet they have stalled all the social security schemes initiated by our previous Congress government.’

‘Congress Eyes Victory on All Seven Seats’

Sachin Pilot didn't hold back on further allegations, claiming that the BJP government has failed to deliver on their lofty promises made during the election manifesto. ‘The public will demand answers from them. These elections provide an opportunity for the people to hold them accountable. We expect a resounding message to be delivered through these elections, which our party will win by a substantial margin. We are in a strong position on all seven seats, and I am confident of a landslide victory,’ he proclaimed.

As for Rajasthan, by-elections are set to occur in seven districts: Jhunjhunu, Dausa, Deoli-Uniyara, Khinvsar, Chaurasi, Salumber, and Ramgarh, with voting scheduled for November 13. The results are expected on November 23.
