Dogs are often kept at home for protection or companionship, and while this is commonplace, some people choose to keep excessively aggressive and dangerous dogs, posing threats to outsiders. Occasionally, such dogs may even attack their owners. A recent incident from Raipur, Chhattisgarh, showcases one such scenario.

In this incident, Salman Khan, a delivery agent, encountered ominous beasts while delivering online orders to a residence. The residence's dogs launched an attack on him, and the encounter is captured in a viral video. These were not ordinary dogs but pitbulls, a breed infamous for its aggressive nature, which is banned in several countries. However, efforts to enforce a ban in India have been futile so far.

The video shot by a woman in a neighboring house reveals the relentless assault by two pitbulls on the delivery agent. Despite his cries of 'Help, help...', no one from inside the house came to control the dogs.

Struggling to break free, the agent managed to escape through the gate but sustained injuries. Sitting on a car's bonnet, he appeared visibly distressed, with glaring wounds on his arms and legs. At this point, an individual offered him some water while the video's recorder vocally accused the neighbors, questioning, 'If you can't manage, why keep such dogs at all... Just look at the man's condition.'

The video, shared by @Incognito_qfs on X, is captioned with: 'Pitbulls attacked delivery agent Salman Khan in Raipur. I hope the dog owners face consequences. Recently, India banned the sales and breeding of pit bulls and 23 other dangerous breeds.'

Numerous comments have flooded the video. One user said that the dog owners should be jailed. Another remarked on the dangers of housing such dogs, stating they might even turn on their owners.
