Aditya Srivastava's Allegation Case
Rahul, during the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, claimed massive voter fraud in Mahadevapura, citing Aditya Srivastava and collaborating with BJP to steal the election. AajTak's swift investigation revealed Aditya's name is in Karnataka's voter list but not in Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra.
Earlier, the Election Commission addressed discrepancies and duplicate entries across states' voter lists, which could have removed Aditya's name from the Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra lists. After Rahul's accusations, the Uttar Pradesh Chief Electoral Officer confirmed the individual cited does not hold voter registration in the state.
