Gandhi praised the efforts made by Sunak to strengthen India-UK relations during his term.

Letter to Keir Starmer as Well

Writing to the newly elected Prime Minister Starmer, Gandhi said, "Dear Prime Minister Starmer, I extend my heartiest congratulations on your remarkable electoral victory, which signifies an important achievement for the Labour Party and for you personally. Your campaign's emphasis on equality with economic growth, enhancing opportunities for all through strong social services, and community empowerment has clearly resonated with the hearts of the people in the UK, reflecting their aspirations for a bright future."
