The terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, has shaken the entire nation. This tragic event claimed the lives of 26 innocent civilians. Rahul Gandhi, a senior leader from the Congress party, vehemently condemned the attack, urging Prime Minister Narendra Modi for immediate and decisive action.

In response to a recent government decision on caste census, during a press conference on Tuesday, Rahul Gandhi remarked, 'This is a calculated massacre, an assault on the very soul of India. Those who perpetrated this act must be held accountable without delay.'

He further emphasized, 'They need to realize that such acts against India are intolerable and utterly unacceptable under any circumstances.'

'The Entire Opposition Stands with the Government'

Rahul Gandhi reiterated that during these challenging times, the opposition stands firmly alongside the government. 'The opposition extends full support to the government. It’s time for Prime Minister Modi to take decisive action. No leniency, no postponement,' he asserted.

Urging the Prime Minister, he said, 'The action needs to be clear and firm. The PM should act without further delay. The country demands answers, and these answers must be solid and unequivocal.'

Rahul Gandhi highlighted the sentiments of the martyrs' families, saying, 'Our children have sacrificed their lives, yet all we see is a charade of drama about their martyrdom. These words carry grave implications. They reflect a diminishing trust in the government. Such losses are unacceptable, and those responsible must face due justice. This cannot be the fate of India.' The entire opposition supports the government. The PM must now act swiftly and decisively.'
