Bajinder Singh, the controversial pastor from Punjab already facing a sexual harassment case, is now embroiled in a new controversy. A video that has gone viral on social media shows him slapping a woman and a man. The video, reportedly dated February 14, appears to be CCTV footage from a room.
The 42-year-old Bajinder Singh, who identifies himself as a Christian preacher, was accused of sexual harassment by a 22-year-old woman on February 28. A special three-member investigation team was set up by the Punjab Police to handle the case. Furthermore, the Punjab State Women's Commission took cognizance of this and directed the provision of security to the complainant.
Assault Caught on Video
The viral video on social media shows Bajinder Singh engaged in an argument with a woman, throwing papers at her, and subsequently slapping her. The same footage also depicts him slapping a man multiple times. However, the video is still under investigation for authenticity by the police.

Bajinder Singh runs two churches under the name 'The Church of Glory and Wisdom' located in Tajpur, Jalandhar, and Majri, Mohali. Having started his evangelical mission in 2012, his followers claim that branches of his church exist both in India and abroad.
His religious discourses and prayer meetings are broadcast live on the YouTube channel 'Prophet Bajinder Singh', which boasts over 3.74 million subscribers. Despite the emergence of this video, no new complaints have cropped up.
Police Investigation Underway
