Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann was readmitted to Fortis Hospital in Mohali on Monday evening. Earlier that morning, he had been discharged. According to reports, Mann left the hospital in the morning and headed to Moga, where a massive rally was organized by the Aam Aadmi Party under the 'War Against Drugs' initiative.
The Chief Minister participated in the rally and addressed the gathering. Aam Aadmi Party’s national convenor Arvind Kejriwal and several state government ministers were also present at the event. After the program concluded, Bhagwant Mann felt exhaustion once again, necessitating an immediate return to Fortis Hospital in Mohali.
Sources indicate that Mann’s re-admission was due to excessive fatigue. Mann was brought to Mohali from Sangrur on Sunday as well, after complaining of exhaustion. At that time, hospital authorities noted that his health was stable, and all necessary tests showed his vital parameters to be normal.
Before being discharged, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann had announced on the social media platform ‘X’ about his participation in the Moga rally, urging his supporters to join him there. Before the rally, both Bhagwant Mann and Arvind Kejriwal visited and prayed at the holy Sri Rankeshwar Mahadev Shiv Temple in Dhuri, Sangrur, on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri.
Currently, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is under close medical observation. The people of Punjab extend their best wishes for his quick recovery and return to his duties.
