A harrowing video from a road accident in Pune, Maharashtra, has surfaced. It chillingly depicts how a minor behind the wheel claimed the lives of two engineers. A woman tragically lost her life at the scene, while her partner succumbed to injuries during treatment in the hospital. The police filed a case against the car driver at Yerwada Police Station.

The accused was arrested shortly after, but managed to secure bail from the court within a few hours. Consequently, the court sentenced the individual to write an essay on the incident. Pune's Commissioner of Police, Amitesh Kumar, has announced plans to appeal this order in district court.

Yet, details on the minor driver's alcohol consumption were revealed through CCTV footage. Questions are being raised regarding the car's ownership, the absence of a license plate, and the circumstances under which it left the garage. Investigations are ongoing on all these fronts.

Furthermore, Anis Dudhiya's uncle, Akhilesh Avadhia, claims that authorities have mishandled the case and that the accused should be prosecuted under a more severe statute, given that the individual had driven a luxury vehicle worth 3 crore rupees. Avadhia also alleges that this isn't the accused's first accident and warns that without proper sanctions, such negligence may lead to more tragedies in the future.
