Family's Dark Secrets Unveiled After Minor Causes Fatal Crash

In a shocking development in the Pune Porsche car accident case, the grandfather of the arrested minor has been remanded to police custody for three days. He is accused of kidnapping and confining the family driver, Gangaram, in his villa. He tried to coerce the driver into taking responsibility for the crash, luring him with money and gifts. This explains why the driver initially claimed at the station that he was behind the wheel on the night of the accident. However, police timely unraveled the plot.

Often, when children commit crimes, it's said to be due to bad company. But in the Pune Porsche case, the minor's father and grandfather are no less criminal. On the night between May 18 and 19, the youth, driving his multimillion Porsche, claimed the lives of two software engineers in Pune. Then, the locals caught the culprit and handed him over to the police. Pune police's work is commendable in this disturbing case.

Believing the scene caught on camera, a local judge let the juvenile offender off with just an essay on traffic for the horrifying deed. Outraged by the leniency shown, the public pressured the police into taking action. The young man even composed a rap mocking the incident after his release but faced the music as the public's outcry escalated. Consequently, an FIR was lodged against the father, and a motion was filed to try the minor as an adult.

The Crafty Escape of the Accused's Father, a Move Worthy of a Seasoned Criminal

Vishal Agarwal, the minor's father, disappeared from home upon hearing of the FIR. He staged a clever distraction, sending out three cars from his residence to throw off the police. He then switched off his phone, took a new number, and continued to update his family about his whereabouts. Despite his meticulous planning, his moves led the police right to him through GPS tracking and CCTV footage. Both father and grandfather are now in custody, while the son awaits in a juvenile home.

The 77-year-old grandfather, Surendra Agarwal, concocted a diabolical scheme to trap his own driver and free his grandson. First, he lured the driver with a significant sum of money to confess at the police station. After the driver's statement was recorded, he didn't release him but instead held him captive at his villa. But the police, under pressure from CM Eknath Shinde and the nation's outcry for justice, acted swiftly and exposed the plot.

Driver's Role During the Accident Uncovered

On the night of the accident, the driver Gangaram was in the Porsche with the intoxicated minor at the wheel. Despite concern, the minor's father, Vishal Agarwal, instructed the driver to hand over the car keys to his son. Following the accident, the Agarwal family directed the driver to take the blame.

Subsequent investigation revealed that the car was not officially registered, contradicting the claims made by the accused's family. The fact that the minor had consumed alcohol worth 69,000 INR in just 90 minutes on the night of the accident, led to the tragedy that claimed two lives.

Vast Family Wealth and Lavish Lifestyle Exposed
