Google has officially launched the Pixel 9 series. This series includes the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, and Pixel 9 Pro Fold. Following the launch of these new phones, the company has reduced the prices of their older smartphones, taking a leaf out of Apple's playbook.
The company has reduced the prices of four of their smartphones by up to 7,000 INR. Apart from the price cuts, you can also avail additional discounts. Let's find out how much cheaper these phones have become.
The prices of the Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, Pixel 8a, and Pixel 7a have been reduced. The company has cut the prices of these smartphones by between 2,000 INR and 7,000 INR.

Starting with the Pixel 8 Pro, the price of the 128GB storage variant has dropped from 106,999 INR to 99,999 INR. Meanwhile, the price of the 256GB storage variant has been reduced from 113,999 INR to 106,999 INR. Both variants have seen a price cut of 7,000 INR.
Additionally, the price of the 128GB storage variant of the Google Pixel 8 has been reduced from 75,999 INR to 71,999 INR. The price of the 256GB storage variant has been lowered from 82,999 INR to 77,999 INR. The company has cut the prices of this phone by 4,000 INR and 5,000 INR respectively.
As for the Pixel 8a, the prices of both its variants have been reduced by 3,000 INR. The price of the 128GB storage variant has dropped from 52,999 INR to 49,999 INR. Meanwhile, the price of the 256GB storage variant has been reduced from 59,999 INR to 56,999 INR.
The company has also slashed the prices of the Pixel 7a. This smartphone is now 2,000 INR cheaper, with its official price reduced from 43,999 INR to 41,999 INR.

It is worth noting that you can purchase these phones at even lower prices from online marketplaces. Currently, these phones are available on Flipkart. Flipkart offers an additional discount of up to 10,000 INR on these phones.
Brand is showing great enthusiasm for the Indian market this time. Google has partnered with Reliance Digital and Croma to enhance their offline presence. Besides Flipkart, the new phones will also be available on these platforms.
