Great news for rail travelers! As people return to their routine post-Holi celebrations, there's no need for concern. Like every year, Indian Railways is operating a multitude of special Holi trains to tackle the overwhelming demand for confirmed tickets.
According to Virendra Kumar, the Public Relations Officer of East Central Railways, a number of special trains are being arranged for various cities to account for the increase of passengers after Holi.
Trains Starting on March 29, 2024
Trains from Patna to Anand Vihar/New Delhi
Train number 02351 Patna-Anand Vihar Superfast Special will depart from Patna at 16:00 on March 29, 2024, and reach Anand Vihar the next day at 06:00.
Train number 04065 Patna-Anand Vihar Superfast AC Festival Special will depart from Patna at 17:45 on March 29, 2024, and reach Delhi at 11:20 the next day.
The Aara to Anand Vihar Special, train number 03227, will depart from Aara at 15:45 on March 29, 2024, and arrive at Anand Vihar at 07:15 the following day.
The Gaya-Anand Vihar Superfast Special, train number 03635, will depart from Gaya at 14:15 on March 29, 2024, and reach Anand Vihar at 05:00 the next day.
Sitamarhi to New Delhi Reserved Festival Special Express, train number 04003, will depart from Sitamarhi at 23:30 on March 29, 2024, and reach New Delhi on the third day at 01:30.
Additional trains for Udna
The Barauni-Udna Special, train number 09034, will depart from Barauni at 09:25 on March 29, 2024, stop at Patna Junction at 12:55, and arrive at Udna at 19:45 the next day.
Jaynagar-Udna Special, train number 09040, will depart from Jaynagar at 09:00 on March 29, 2024, stop at Patna Junction at 17:05, and arrive at Udna at 22:00 on the following day.
Trains to South India
The Danapur-Kochuveli Special, train number 06184, will depart from Danapur at 22:25 on March 29, and arrive at Kochuveli on Monday at 07:30.
The Muzaffarpur-Yashvantpur Special, train number 05271, will depart from Muzaffarpur at 15:30 on March 29, and arrive at Yashvantpur the next day at 19:00.
The Samastipur-Lokmanya Tilak Superfast Special, train number 01044, will depart from Samastipur at 23:20 on March 29, 2024, and arrive at Lokmanya Tilak on Sunday at 07:40.
