In Begusarai, Bihar, Purnea's MP

Pappu Yadav

announced that the

Bihar Assembly Elections

in 2025 will be conducted under Congress's helm, and the chief minister will be decided post-elections. Reflecting on religious leaders visiting Bihar, Pappu stated such figures should be banned, calling them major fraudsters deserving of jail. While traveling from Purnea, he paused to engage with supporters at Begusarai's Power House Chowk and shared his views with journalists.

Pappu Yadav commented on the question of whether RJD leader

Tejashwi Yadav

would be the Grand Alliance’s chief-ministerial candidate, expressing, "I don’t understand why Modi would imply BJP's welfare requires Nitish Kumar. By contrast, Congress will align in coalition elections. This alliance, under Congress’s leadership, will decide its chief ministerial candidate later. Figures like Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Lalu Yadav, and Priyanka Gandhi will ultimately determine our chief minister. Until then, all parties will collaborate, with Congress playing a senior role."

He questioned surveys indicating NDA's government prospects and Tejashwi as the chief ministerial candidate. "Don’t you see the strategy? BJP shows Nitish Kumar in a diminishing light," he remarked.

Pappu Yadav Criticizes Religious Leader Tours in Bihar

On inquiring about religious leader tours in Bihar, Pappu Yadav stated his respect for and belief in Sanatan's culture. He argues India has always adhered to the spiritual path of Sanatan values in life. However, he insists society should not label individuals as 'babas' who lack understanding of Sanatan, spirituality, universal wisdom, historical depth, and cultural breadth. Bihar itself is a cradle of spirituality and rich history, contributing to teachings from the epic Mahabharata to Lord Buddha and Guru Govind. Bihar pursues the joy of all, dispelling hate and adhering to constitutional values and ideologies, like those of Ambedkar, Buddha, Shiv, and Krishna. Pappu Yadav stresses that mythical 'babas' should now face imprisonment, as they mislead society without addressing poverty or farmers' concerns. These so-called gurus evade crucial conversations, focusing on conflicts rather than solutions. Even spiritual leaders like Shankaracharya have spoken against them. Society should strive to curb the influence of such fraudsters, advocating bans on their community presence, especially in Bihar.
