Pakistan, while scripting conspiracies against India, fostering terrorists, and promoting unrest in Kashmir, is also ensnaring Indian social media influencers for espionage against their own country. The arrest of Haryana-based YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra has brought startling details to light. To date, six accused have been apprehended, all having established connections with Danish, an employee of the Pakistani High Commission, and they were drawn into unsavory espionage missions. Recently, two more arrests were made in this unfolding case.

The seven individuals aiding Jyoti's espionage are now behind bars. These individuals face serious espionage charges, with arrests made from Haryana, Punjab, and even UP's Rampur, where ATS apprehended an individual for similar allegations. Additionally, Jyoti's YouTuber friend from Puri, Odisha, has been questioned by the IB.

Under espionage charges in Pakistan, Haryana YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra is now under police remand. The revelations about her are indeed shocking. The female spy frequently traveled to Pakistan, relaying sensitive information back to ISI officials in Pakistan, a fact under scrutiny by security agencies. Her videos from Pakistan hint at how warmly she was welcomed there.

Jyoti Malhotra has been granted a 5-day police remand to uncover various aspects of the case. Interrogations continue as her Pakistan connections are explored. Security agencies are baffled at how a YouTuber was turned into a spy by the Pakistani intelligence agency. What compelled her to betray her country by sharing confidential information with an enemy nation post her interaction with a Pakistan High Commission employee?

The main accused in this espionage case is Jyoti Malhotra. Other accused include Gazala from Malerkotla, Noman Ilahi from Panipat, Armaan from Nuh, Yameen Mohammed from Malerkotla, and Devinder Singh Dhillon from Kaithal. These six individuals engaged in espionage against India, now held by the police, were compromising national security by sharing critical intelligence with a hostile country.

Commonly linked through Danish, an employee of the Pakistan High Commission, these spies engaged in various nefarious activities. Danish befriended Jyoti Malhotra, furthering their closeness. He aided Gazala, arrested from Malerkotla, in obtaining a Pakistan visa and financially supported her espionage activities. Yameen Mohammed facilitated the transfer of funds while Devinder Singh Dhillon shared videos of the Patiala cantonment with Pakistani agents. Armaan from Nuh facilitated SIM cards for a Pakistani agent, while Noman Ilahi engaged in espionage for ISI handlers.

New revelations continue as the espionage network probe progresses. The STF has questioned Harkirat Singh from the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee. Accusations state he facilitated Jyoti with her Pakistan visa and travel. His presence was noted with Jyoti in Pakistan High Commission photographs. However, he has been released post-interrogation by the STF.

The investigation into Jyoti's espionage links has reached Odisha. In 2024, Jyoti traveled to Puri and befriended content creator Priyanka Sensepathy. Both IB and Odisha police have now interrogated Priyanka about the espionage allegations. She explained that Jyoti was just a friend she met through YouTube and insisted she was unaware of the espionage charges against Jyoti. Priyanka stated that had she known about these activities, she would have severed all ties.

In connection with espionage activities for Pakistan and ISI, a person named Shehzad was detained by the ATS in UP's Rampur. Undercover as a smuggler, he was engaged in espionage. Additionally, Haryana Police and central investigative agencies have taken significant action against a Pakistani espionage network in Nuh district, arresting a youth from Kangarka village in Tawadu subdivision. This latest arrest follows the recent apprehension of Armaan from Rajaka village on similar charges.
