Following the Pahalgam attack, India obliterated terrorist havens in Pakistan and POK through Operation Sindoor. Regarding this operation, Rahul Gandhi has once again questioned Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar.
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi remarked that Foreign Minister Jaishankar's silence speaks volumes. This silence is condemnable. Therefore, I ask again, how many aircrafts did we lose because Pakistan was aware of the impending attack? This was not merely an oversight. It was a crime, and the nation deserves to know the truth.
Previously, Rahul Gandhi emphasized that informing Pakistan before an attack is a crime, a fact publicly admitted by the foreign minister. Who granted this approval? How many aircrafts did we lose?
On May 11, during a press conference, Air Marshal AK Bharti stated that we are in a state of war, and losses are part of it. The question remains: have we achieved our objective? The answer is yes. He mentioned that currently, he cannot disclose further details as we remain engaged in conflict, and releasing sensitive information could benefit the enemy. Air Marshal assured that all Indian pilots returned safely.
Foreign Minister Jaishankar revealed that at the onset of the operation, a message was conveyed to the Pakistan government, highlighting our focus on terrorist targets, not military ones. The military had the option to step back and not intervene. Pakistan viewed ignoring this advice as beneficial.
