OnePlus is set to introduce its next-generation Nord series smartphones in India. Ahead of the official launch date, a dedicated page has been developed on Amazon India. The page reveals that the OnePlus Nord 5 and Nord CE5 will be launched in India on July 8. Images of both handsets are listed.
OnePlus India has also posted a video on the X platform (formerly known as Twitter). The video provides a glimpse of the upcoming OnePlus Nord 5 handset. Various media reports suggest that the OnePlus Nord 5 handset, which will launch in India, might be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra that debuted in China.
OnePlus teases with a 'Coming Soon' message
In its post, OnePlus announced that the OnePlus Nord 5 Series is coming soon. OnePlus India shared an 8-second video that spotlighted Elite Performance, referring to Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite flagship processor, widely used in many premium handsets. More details about this upcoming handset are expected in the following days.

The OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra is integrated with a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset; however, the OnePlus Nord 5, set to launch in India, will employ a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. Although the exact processor details remain undisclosed, it has been referred to by the name 'Elite.' The OnePlus Nord 4 utilized a Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 3 processor.
