OnePlus has announced the expansion of its customer service in India, introducing a Doorstep Pickup and Drop Service available across more than 19,000 pin codes. This initiative is set to enhance customer experience, especially in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.

Through this service, the company offers free pickup and drop services for devices. Customers can receive support without stepping out of their homes, meaning you can have your OnePlus device serviced for free from the comfort of your home, and it will be delivered back once repaired.

has developed a multi-channel customer support system that will assist customers directly through call centers. Consumers will also have the option of real-time live chat, verified WhatsApp support, and email-based service channels.

This service enhancement is part of the company's Project Starlight, announced in the fourth quarter of 2024. Under this project, the company will focus on user feedback and community-driven improvements, investing 60 billion rupees over three years.

The company's focus will be on enhancing the service network for Indian users. Apart from the doorstep service, the company has organized OnePlus Service Camps nationwide. These camps will be held at various locations from June 20 to June 30, 2025, where OnePlus devices will be checked for free.

At these camps, consumers can get free software updates. Even users whose phone warranty has expired can benefit from a free service checkup. Additionally, the company does not charge for servicing some parts. OnePlus has stated that its focus is on further improving its service network.
