Kushwaha believes that understanding the delicacy of time and circumstances is crucial and suggests that it's time for Nitish Kumar to acknowledge that managing both state and party responsibilities is no longer feasible alone.
Kushwaha stated that although Nitish Kumar’s extensive experience is invaluable to Bihar’s governance, it is essential for him to remain involved. However, leadership responsibility should now transition to the next generation.
He underscored the necessity of initiating a leadership shift within JDU to safeguard the state's interests. Failure to transfer party accountability timely could be detrimental to JDU, potentially causing irremediable losses if delayed.
