Once a civil servant, Nisha Bangre found her political ambitions wane. Departing Congress, she seeks to return to civil service, applying to the government and soliciting a meeting with the Chief Minister.
Initially joining Congress post-resignation as the Deputy Collector in Chhatarpur, Bangre hankered for an Assembly ticket from Betul's Amla constituency. Yet, with election nominations closed, her resignation was belatedly accepted, leaving her ticketless.
Reportedly, after missing an Assembly ticket, state Congress leaders promised her a shot in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, which yet again ended in disappointment.
Previously appointed as a state spokesperson by Congress, Bangre's enchantment with political corridors has apparently faded, prompting her application for government service reentry.
BJP Media In-Charge Mocks the Situation
On the other side, BJP has taunted Nisha Bangre's plea to return to administration. BJP's state media in-charge Ashish Agrawal remarked on X, 'Greed leads to downfall, and it has indeed taken Nisha Bangre down. Resigned from her SDM role two months before the elections, lured by Kamal Nath's deception.'

Continuing, the BJP leader elaborated, 'By the time the resignation paperwork was concluded, the nomination period had expired. Kamal Nath then falsely promised a significant role post-government formation. Now, Nisha is neither a lawmaker nor remains a civil administrator. Congress has shattered her dreams.'
