Delhi Red Fort Blast Case Investigation Update:

The NIA (National Investigation Agency) has scored a major triumph in the Delhi Red Fort area car bombing case, capturing the individual who collaborated with the suicide bomber to execute this terror plot.

The apprehended individual is identified as Amir Rasheed Ali. The car used in the explosion was registered under his name, and the NIA nabbed him in Delhi. Initially investigated by the Delhi police, the case was later transferred to the NIA, leading to an extensive search operation that resulted in Amir's detention.

Investigations revealed that Amir hails from Sambura, Pampore, in Jammu and Kashmir. Together with Umar Un Nabi from Pulwama, he orchestrated this attack. Amir came to Delhi to assist in purchasing the car, which was subsequently modified to serve as the IED (improvised explosive device) platform.

Noteworthy is Amir's detention on November 11. It was after prolonged interrogation and establishing his involvement that he was formally arrested on Sunday.
