With the Delhi elections approaching, Ajit Pawar's Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has made a notable entry. NCP has released its initial list of candidates for the upcoming assembly elections in Delhi, which includes 11 names.

NCP has nominated Ratan Tyagi from Burari, Mulayam Singh from Badli, Khem Chand from Mangol Puri, Khalid Ur Rahman from Chandni Chowk, Mohammad Haroon from Ballimaran, Narendra Tanwar from Chattarpur, Kamar Ahmed from Sangam Vihar, Imran Saifi from Okhla, Shri Nama from Laxmi Nagar, Rajesh Lohia from Seema Puri, and Jagdish Bhagat from Gokal Puri. Importantly, elections for the 70-member Delhi Assembly are scheduled for February. Interestingly, the NCP's list includes four Muslim candidates.

Congress Releases Second Candidate List

Recently, the Congress party announced its second list of candidates, revealing 26 names. Before releasing this list, Congress's Central Election Committee (CEC) had a meeting discussing candidates for 35 seats. Ultimately, only 26 were finalized, leaving 9 seats pending.
